Arthur
Levi is an independent consultant on environmental issues and corporate social
responsibility who works with private companies helping them to access
financing for their projects in emerging markets. He has extensive experience in international
finance often with a specific focus on Africa. Arthur is a French and English bilingual and also speaks
Swahili. He is a former member of the
International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank. From 2001-2004 Arthur was IFC’s Special
Representative for Europe; from 1998-2001 he was Head of Corporate Services,
for Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine & China; from 1984-1991 he was a Senior
Investment Officer for IFC.
