The EMRC AgriBusiness Forum 2009 for the first time took place in Africa, near Cape Town in South Africa. The conference was held at The Lord Charles Hotel. In the heart of the natural beauty of the Cape Winelands, The Lord Charles is situated 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. Within easy reach of the historic and picturesque towns of Stellenbosch, Franschoek and Paarl, the hotel is ideally located to explore local vinyards, discover the area from the air with hot air balloon rides and investigate the interesting coastline.
