The
AgriBusiness Forum 2011 featured the
EMRC-Rabobank Project Incubator Award, an initiative launched in 2008, that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship.
Finalists presented their business projects during one of the forum’s plenary sessions and the winner Everlyne Cherobon, received a cash prize of
US$ 15,000 sponsored by the Rabobank Foundation, for her small holder farmer project in Kenya.

What was the selection process?
- Candidates were invited to submit the application documents, with their complete contact details to: cg@emrc.be by deadline. After the pre-selection procedure, the Committee announced the names and projects of candidates and the nominees were notified accordingly.
