MEDIA ACCREDITATION POLICY
Please note that Media attendance at the AgriBusiness Forum 2011 is strictly reserved for members of the press representing established Media outlets and organisations including Print, Television, Radio, News Agencies and Online Media. Accreditation is not automatic, all media applications will be reviewed - accreditation will then be assigned by the organizers, EMRC & the UNDP. Unless otherwise arranged, all international media are responsible for visa processing and transport to and accommodation in Johannesburg, South Africa.
To be accredited you will need to submit by Monday the 3rd of October 2011:
- A completed accreditation form submitted online (below), by email -

- A scanned passport-size photograph - please email your photo to
pmm@emrc.be
Collection of Accreditation
Accredited press will be able to collect their press passes at the Media desk in the Registration area at the Birchwood Hotel. Passes will not be issued in advance and will only be available at registration on the 16th of October 2011 unless otherwise organised.
Approved Media will be granted access to all the plenary sessions and parallel workshops.
Media will be able to request one-on-one interviews with speakers and can request specific one-on-ones with EMRC and its partner organisations (see below).
