The 15th edition of Africa-Israel Agricultural Trade Mission to take place in Tel Aviv

Following the successful Africa Finance & Investment Forum (AFIF) 2017 in Kenya, EMRC is organising the 15th edition of Africa-Israel Agricultural Trade Mission. It will take place in Tel Aviv, from 28 to 31 May 2017.

Israel is facing harsh climatic conditions and has been able to develop particularly well-adapted technologies in the fields of agriculture, agro-industry, livestock and irrigation. By joining the mission, African entrepreneurs working in the agribusiness sector will have the opportunity to visit Israeli companies using cutting-edge technology to increase production (water irrigation systems, improved seeds, postharvest treatment, greenhouse technology…). This activity also aims to help entrepreneurs to expand their international network and discover new business opportunities.

The Africa-Israel Agricultural Trade Mission is organised by EMRC, in collaboration with Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute, Profit Agro, Hazera, Rivulis and other companies and project developers. MASHAV (Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), MATC (Mashav Agricultural Training Center) and CINADCO (Center for International Agricultural Development Cooperation) will officially welcome the participants.

EMRC will also organize a cultural visit to Jerusalem, Jordan River and Bethlehem.

If you are interested in participating in the 15th edition of Africa-Israel Agricultural Trade Mission, please get in touch with the EMRC Team via email (info@emrc.be) or phone (+32 2 626 15 14).
