Organized by the European Marketing Research Center
(EMRC), following the memorandum of understanding signed
on 1st August 2018 in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, with the
Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC),
this meeting was aimed at mobilizing resources to finance
and implement the eleven (11) projects of the CEBEVIRHA's
2015-2025 strategic plan (CEMAC) and the thirteen (13) projects
of the Regional Program for Agricultural Investment, Food
Security and Nutrition (PRIASAN / ECCAS).

HORIZON 2025 - Round Table

Took part: Mrs. AZIZA BAROUD, Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary of Chad to the Benelux countries and the
United Kingdom, Permanent Representative to the European
Union and the ACP Group of States, represented His Excellency
IDRISS DEBY ITNO, President of the Republic of Chad, Head
of State, Head of Government and "Champion" of the said
Round Table; Professor DANIEL ONA ONDO, President of the
CEMAC Commission; Ambassador AHMAT ALLAM-MI, Secretary
General of ECCAS; Ambassador AWAD AHMAT SAKINE,
Representative of the African Union to the European Union;
Dr PATRICK GOMES, Secretary General of the ACP Group; Mr.
PEDRO BAYEME BAYEME AYINGONO, Executive Secretary of
CEBEVIRHA and Mrs. IDIT MILLER, Managing Director and Vice
President of EMRC.
